Trust - How important it is in an organisation !!!

Valley Crossing

Have you ever wondered how much trust is important among peers in an organisation ??

Let us discuss with an example

This is a classic example of trust , co-ordination, teamwork and proper division on work.

Let us consider step by step

Now consider
Step 1: Here all three are safe
Step 2:First one is half safe and middle and last full safe
Step 3: First is full risky , middle and last safe
Step 4: First and middle - half safe and last is safe
Step 5:First and last safe and middle is fully risky
Step 6:First is safe middle and last half safe
Step 7:First and middle are safe and last one fully risky
Step 8: First and middle full safe and last half safe
Step 9: All are safe

So what do you observe from the above scenario -all the three people went through the same phase as other, no one has been more safe or more risky. All have gone through same risks as other.
All have same roles and are responsible equally towards the completion of work.

In the beginning one must feel that crossing such a valley must be an impossible task and if these 3 men were thinking to cross it they certainly must be idiots but with proper planning , appropriate division of labour and most importantly trust and co-ordination
